Espero tua revolta
As the crisis deepened in Brazil, students took to the streets and occupied schools, demanding quality public education and for the city to be more inclusive. Espero tua (re)volta follows the student protests from the marches of 2013 up until the victory of president Jair Bolsonaro in 2018. Inspired by the movement’s own language, the film concentrates on the voices of three students, representatives of the central axes of the fight.
